We celebrated our wedding at Hof Frien in September 2020! 😍❤️ We would always choose this unique location! The team was super personable and made everything possible that we wanted. We can 100% recommend this location. The food and service were perfect for us and our guests! It was really a dream wedding. The farm has so much to offer, there is something for every taste!

Our wedding at Hof Frien To get to know: The first meeting was very welcoming and informal. We felt very comfortable straight away. Frank took a lot of time to show us the premises and answer all the questions we brought with us and the list was long :-). After this meeting it was clear to us that if we were going to celebrate our wedding in a big way, then only at Hof Frien! The courtyard and the premises: Hof Frien is quiet and beautiful! The rooms for wedding celebrations, the ballroom and the festival barn are furnished very differently, but both are fantastically beautiful and elegant in their own way (just take a look at the pictures). Not only adults, but also children are in good hands on the farm. Next to the festival barn there is a great “play corner” for the little guests. The built-in music system is excellent (statement from the DJ)! Frank and the Hof Frien team: Frank and the Hof Frien team have many years of experience in planning and organizing parties! They are courteous, nice and always have a simple solution for one or the other problem that the newlyweds have to deal with! Just call or write and ask the questions. You are in the best of hands at Hof Frien! Getting married during the Corona period: Hof Frien always kept us up to date on what is currently possible / allowed. After each new decision / political meeting, there was an update in an understandable form on the current rules, restrictions and relaxations no later than the next day. Outside: very nice ambience, inside dignified in an absolutely positive sense, many loving details, fresh flowers, tablecloths very valuable and suitable, simply very good. Nice service, good food, we really like the menu from the selection, suitable for the season! Small weak points: the food should be hot, especially the sauce, Radio as a background bothered me and doesn't fit the ambience. And just stay at the table if you have any questions. We wish this restaurant a good Christmas time when it starts again and we'd love to come back again!

Despite the Corona restrictions, we were able to celebrate a wonderful wedding with a limited number of people at Hof Frien in the ballroom (style: noble, modern). The food was great. All employees put a lot of effort into service and technology and were always available for questions. The festival barn in the yard also offers a great ambience for celebrations (style: rather rustic). Therefore clear recommendation :)

We were allowed to celebrate our perfect wedding here. The farm and the whole team have played a big part in making this day so wonderful and unforgettable! The wishes were just read from the eyes. Even today we still like to come to the farm just to have a delicious meal.

We celebrated our wedding at Hof Frien. We have never been there before, but have heard from a lot of people that it should be really great. When we were there for the first time, we liked it immediately and it was clear that we would like to celebrate our wedding here. Before and during the wedding, the staff and the owners were always at our side with words and deeds and everything went wonderfully, everything went very easily. Dreams come true at Hof Frien! We celebrated our wedding in the ballroom on Saturday, September 26th, 2020. All of our expectations were exceeded !! The food was a treat for the palate, the staff was nice, courteous and very hard-working! The hall was beautiful, all of our requests were met. The price is unbeatable! We celebrated our wedding at Hof Frien last week and we think back with great fondness. The festival barn is not only a fantastically beautiful location, Frank and his team are absolute professionals. Regardless of organization or implementation - everyone was always helpful, flexible and available for us at any time - which is extremely important at the moment. The food (buffet) was delicious and fresh, the prices that Frank calls are absolutely fair and transparent. We enjoyed every moment and would celebrate here again and again! Thanks to the Herz & Hof wedding fair on the farm, we also became aware of three great service providers (wunschwerk7, your dream trip, Photobooth Minden), which we would like to mention at this point! A place of calm and at the same time a party without end. Thanks to the Hof Frien team. From the first moment we felt very comfortable. Such a great location, so much warmth, such good food and really fair prices - you couldn't ask for more! At Hof Frien we not only ate a cake or two but also celebrated our wedding party. And it was awesome. So wonderfully uncomplicated, so attentive and so fair. We would absolutely not take any other location! Julia deserves special mention - we could not have wished for better support. Thank you Julia!

After our first wedding date in March had to be canceled at short notice due to corona, we were finally allowed to celebrate our wedding at Hof Frien almost two weeks ago and are still completely overwhelmed by the wonderful day in Höfen :) Frank, Julia and the team have every concern and Every request was taken care of and was always there if there were any questions. Especially in the period between March and the date in August there was always an open ear and a solution was found for every problem. The celebration two weeks ago was a great success. First the wedding ceremony in the cottage garden, coffee, champagne reception and finally the celebration in the festival barn - simply beautiful! :) The few measures that had to be taken due to the corona were hardly noticed and didn't bother anyone. The food and service were great. The feedback from the guests was also great and everyone was enthusiastic about the great location, the delicious food and the great day. We'll be back - for dinner or a piece of cake and look forward to seeing you again! Keep it up :)

My wife fell in love with the premises two years ago while visiting the festival barn and we have now waited a year and a half to be able to celebrate there because we really wanted to get married on a Saturday in the summer :-). And the wait was more than worth it! Frank and Julia agreed everything in advance with us perfectly, all of our drink requests were implemented. The grill buffet was delicious. The service staff were very courteous and everything was done with a lot of passion. The cottages were perfect for everyone with a child as the baby monitors reached right into the barn. Especially the pre-germination house as wedding place was so beautiful !! Then the super delicious breakfast buffet in the morning ... Everything was just perfect! Many, many thanks to the entire team from Hof ​​Frien!

Excellent food and nice garden and play area outside.

We celebrated our wedding in the old festival barn in 2016 and were super satisfied. Frank had himself or a service provider ready for everything and stood by us the whole time. Today we appreciate our cooperation with him and one of his employees when we set up one of our photo boxes in his room or in the great festival barn. Everyone is always well informed and friendly. Hof Frien and his team are not only great as hosts, but also as partners in the field of service. We look forward to stopping by every time - also privately for dinner.

It's always great there. Our wedding 8 years ago was perfect. Since then we have been coming regularly. No matter if you eat asparagus or have breakfast. The staff is always nice and the food is great.

Asparagus served to eat full at the table. Perfect! All required measures are observed. Nevertheless, Hof Frien's flair has been preserved. We will be back

Excellent place for birthday brunch

I am absolutely delighted with this farm. I've already attended a wedding party and an exhibition there, in different courtyard buildings and everywhere everything has been converted with great attention to detail. I do not know exactly what I should "praise" everything, ballrooms, children's area, eatery, hot dishes, cakes .. Treat yourself to a nice day and go there ;-)
